 Billy founded Wil-Shar, Inc. in 1994 and has since led the company through the years to become the premiere steel erector of Northwest Arkansas, operating in multiple states on as many as 10 projects at once. 

 Hayden is the lead project manager at Wil-Shar. Virtually every project that Wil-Shar completes is largely due to the efforts of Hayden. Hayden is passionate about the growth of Wil-Shar and the progress towards realizing our core values in every action we take.  

 Hannah serves Wil-shar as a liaison with multiple vendors as well as on a consulting basis on most special projects. Her support and enthusiasm for Wil-shar is evident in her approach to all her assignments and projects. Hannah has a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design from  the University of Arkansas and has over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction management. 

 Carter manages all aspects of Wil-Shar's financial activities and is responsible for the timely completion of individual projects. A big believer in our core values, Carter has started every day the last eleven years valuing God and family, customer intimacy, high performance, growth, integrity, commitment, and trust. Carter has a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas.

Corey joined WilShar in August of 2018. After receiving a sales and marketing degree from Missouri Southern State University in 2002 he began his sales career in the metal building industry. As our lead sales guy, Corey is responsible for fostering new business and working directly with customers and owners to meet their specific needs. 

 Ricardo joined Wilshar in June of 2020 and  is our self storage division field and crew manager.  Ricardo helps the Wilshar team coordinate our crews and materials to be received on site. Ricardo brings over 13 years of experience in transportation and logistics and worked in a fast passed warehouse environment. Ricardo is an individual with a sense of urgency when it comes to meet our clients goals in a timely manner. 

With 15+ years of experience in project management, David understands the means necessary to successfully bring a project to completion. David joined the Wilshar team in November 2020, where he oversees purchasing along the development and execution of streamlined processes to enable future growth of Wilshar's mini-storage and pre-engineered buildings division. 

Kelli joined Wilshar in January of 2021. She recieved her certificate in Architectral Drafting from Northwest Technical Institute in 2006 and has worked in several different disciplines, including structural, retail design and aluminum curtain wall and storefront design for commercial buildings. She is now a part of our team designing storage layouts.   

Clay holds an associates degree from Pulaski Technical College, he brings with him 17 years of drafting experience specializing in AutoCad and Revit. Clay is eager to assist and go the extra mile to make sure a project is designed and  completed on time. 

Cody is the Division Manager for Wilshar Buildings. He is a NWA native with a Construction Management degree from Oklahoma State University. He has worked in construction for nearly 12 years both as an installer and project manager.

Patrick, a NWA native joined Wilshar in June 2022. He has a 2 year accounting specialist degree from Tulsa Community College and 6 years construction installation, management, and steel inspection experience.
